Beth Haynes is the Communications Assistant for PQMD. Beth has many years of experience working in public health. She has worked for numerous public health organizations, including the American Society of Addiction Medicine, Epilepsy Foundation and the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials. Beth has developed content for websites and written articles for magazines and newsletters, along with researching and writing policy and issue briefs. She also oversaw workgroups and committees tasked with developing clinical resources, and assisted with organizing events.

In her role with PQMD, Beth will write content for the PQMD website and newsletters, participate as a member of the Communications Committee and assist with communications efforts supporting PQMD’s Medical Donation Guidelines, Medical Missions Guidelines, Community of Practice, and other initiatives. She will also support member communications and preparation efforts for Education Forums, Annual General Meetings, and the Global Health Policy Forum. With her public health experience, Beth is a natural fit for supporting PQMD’s mission and vision.

Beth has a BA in International Relations from the University of California, Davis and a MPPA from California State University, Sacramento.
