Stefaan Poortman is a global social impact executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across international development, philanthropy, and nonprofit management. He currently serves as Senior Director of Global Corporate Giving Strategy and Programs at Edwards Lifesciences, where he leads global health and community impact strategies, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise‑wide social impact initiatives. Previously, he held executive roles including Chief Revenue Officer at Working Wardrobes, Executive Director of World of Children, and CEO of Global Heritage Fund, guiding strategic growth, partnerships, and mission‑driven outcomes across more than 20 countries. He holds an MA with Honors in Economics from the University of Edinburgh and completed the Executive Program for Non‑Profit Leaders at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
