Roos leads AstraZeneca’s Global Community Investment, focusing on disaster relief, product donations and the Young Health Programme – educating and activating young people worldwide to make healthier choices to prevent non-communicable diseases in partnership with more than 60 non-profits, including UNICEF and Plan International, across over 40 countries.
Roos also volunteers as One Young World’s Coordinating Ambassador for the UK & Ireland, supporting emerging leaders in the region. Previously, she held several health and sustainability roles at the global public relations agency Edelman, and spent more than half a decade at Pfizer in Global Health and Social Impact.
Roos holds a Master in Sustainability Transition Management from The University of Bologna, a Bachelor’s in Biochemistry from The University of Sussex and The University of Cambridge Sustainable Business Management course.
