Over her eight-year tenure at CARE, Julianne’s relationship building has earned trust and enthusiasm from partners and enabled CARE to implement lifesaving health work addressing noncommunicable diseases, infectious diseases–including COVID-19–and maternal, infant, and child health in ten countries.
