A strategic leader passionate about meaningful relationship building, Jill excels in constituent engagement and brings over two decades of nonprofit experience to PQMD.
She is a 1999 graduate of State University of New York Brockport and lives in Garwood, NJ. Jill enjoys traveling to new places, loves spending time with her dog Charlee, and is an advocate for people, places, and animals. After cardiac arrest nearly took her life in a park, she founded The Aliver Foundation and has helped place all weather AED enclosures in over 100 outdoor recreation spaces.
Jill is passionate about PQMD’s work to bring measurable health impact to under-served and vulnerable people through active engagement with global partners and local communities and is thrilled to be a part of our team.
