As PQMD’s Community of Practice Manager, Victoria is responsible for connecting and convening PQMD’s diverse array of members to leverage our collective knowledge and networks to build better practices and efficient processes for impact in the medical donations space.

Before joining PQMD, Victoria was a Senior Program Manager with Africare and Accordia Global Health Foundation.  Victoria has in-depth experience supporting the design and implementation of global health programs throughout sub-Saharan Africa.  Prior to launching a career in international development, Victoria followed a political path working on several presidential, senatorial, and gubernatorial campaigns.

Her passion for travel has taken her to over 70 countries, including stints abroad in Spain, Portugal, and Australia.  She served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Federated States of Micronesia and enjoys scuba diving and visiting African National Parks.  She is an alum of George Washington University and the University of Chicago and resides in Alexandria, VA with her husband and their young daughter.
