Kirsten Casteel joined Eli Lilly and Company in 2003, serving in the parenteral manufacturing quality assurance and human resources organizations. She is currently a member of Lilly’s Corporate Responsibility team and serves as the Global Philanthropy Consultant. Prior to Lilly, Kirsten was an operations supervisor at Frito Lay and quality assurance supervisor at Red Gold. She earned her bachelor’s degree in food science from the School of Agriculture at Purdue University.

Kirsten has a deep passion for community service. She is currently the Chair for Women United and a member of the Women United Steering Committee. Kirsten also served as the Chair of Eli Lilly’s United Way Campaign in 2014 and 2016. Kirsten volunteers her time at the Grace Care Center and led a team from her Noblesville church on a week-long New York City Relief mission trip for the ninth straight year. She also has led Grace Church’s volunteer initiatives with the Wheeler Center for Women & Children in Indianapolis, served as a volunteer with Food Rescue in central Indiana and been a project leader in her church’s Weekend of Service volunteer activities. Kirsten was the recipient of a Jefferson Award for public service in 2010.
