Jon Hicks

Associate Director, Access to Healthcare, Global Public Health, Amgen

Jon is an associate director on Amgen’s Access to Healthcare team within the Global Public Health function, with responsibility for strategic planning and operations. This team partners with non-profit organizations on health system strengthening programs and medicine donations in low- and middle-income countries.

He began his career as a Peace Corps volunteer in Mali in the early 2000’s and has since worked and taught at several Southern California universities. He joined Amgen in 2015, working in Global Patient Safety and Commercialization Program Management before his current role.
