Jenny Sia is Senior Director, Global Health and Community Engagement, and Executive Director of The Pfizer Foundation. In this capacity, she provides strategic leadership for Pfizer’s global health grantmaking and impact investing portfolios, which are central to the company’s efforts to advance equitable access to medicines and healthcare worldwide. Her work focuses on strengthening health systems and improving the availability and quality of care for underserved populations across diverse geographies. In addition, Jenny oversees initiatives that foster meaningful colleague and community engagement, aligning Pfizer’s philanthropic and corporate responsibility efforts to deliver sustainable health impact at the local and global levels.

Jenny has been a member of Pfizer’s global health and corporate responsibility team since 2003, where she has held roles spanning public reporting, stakeholder engagement, investor outreach, and policy development. Her work has included leading the development and disclosure of corporate responsibility reporting, as well as engaging a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to support transparency, accountability, and alignment with Pfizer’s global health and responsibility priorities. As part of her experience, Jenny spent a year in Beijing, where she supported the development of a corporate responsibility strategy for Pfizer China, working across regional and global teams to adapt global frameworks to the local context.

Jenny received a Masters in Public Policy with a specialization in international economic policy at Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs. She earned a BS from Tulane University.
