Heidi Jedlicka Halvarson

Heidi Jedlicka Halvarson (she/her) leads Programs and External Partnerships for the Medtronic Foundation. She has designed and managed global product donation, disaster response, STEM, Community health, governance, I,D&E , and arts programs. She is passionate about the power for change when working at the intersection of disciplines, sectors, and cultures. An experienced philanthropy professional, she is focused on deepening her understanding of colonialism and white supremacy’s impact on global systems & philanthropic practices.

Heidi holds a Master of Public Affairs from the Humphrey School at the University of Minnesota. She also earned Project Management and Equity and Diversity Certifications from University of Minnesota as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Theater from College of St. Benedict. She lives in Minneapolis, MN with her family and enjoys highbrow art and lowbrow tv.
