Gretchen Warwick
Chief Operating Officer, PQMD
Gretchen has been with PQMD since 2015. Having a background in both the corporate and non-profit worlds, she has an understanding of the innerworkings of both and the benefit to the greater good when these two sectors work together. Given her long-standing commitment to and belief in service-oriented communities, she is excited to support the organization’s mission.
In her role, she works as part of the senior leadership to design and implement the strategic direction of PQMD while handling the daily operations of the organization, helping to build its overall capacity. She finds joy in interacting with members on a regular basis to understand their needs and helps to ensure their satisfaction with PQMD.
Gretchen holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Illinois and MS in Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin. She lives in Annapolis, MD with her husband and young daughter.
