BI Cares Foundation and Corporate Social Responsibility

Erin Sternberg-Jensen is a healthcare leader with a strong passion for health equity. With this passion she brings a demonstrated track record in bringing the patient/care giver perspective to help serve vulnerable communities. Erin is the lead of the Boehringer Ingelheim Cares Foundation (BI Cares). The BI Cares foundation mission is to strengthen the communities where our employees live and work by improving the health and well-being of people and animals. One of the ways the Foundation fulfills its mission is through its BI Cares Grants program with a strong focus on health equity for humans and animals. BI Cares Patient Assistance program as well as our product donations help to support patients in need globally.
