PQMD Honors Program

The PQMD Honors Program was established in 2026 as part of PQMD’s 25th anniversary celebration to recognize the individuals and organizations whose leadership, partnership, and commitment to collaboration have helped shape PQMD and strengthen the global health community. Reflecting PQMD’s core values of responsible partnership, shared learning, and equitable access to healthcare, the program celebrates those who advance meaningful, cross-sector solutions to global health challenges. Beginning in 2026, PQMD will present two annual honors – the Legacy of Leadership Award and the Global Health Ambassador Award – each spring during the PQMD Global Health Policy Forum.

  • Longstanding engagement with PQMD

This award honors sustained contributions and leadership over time rather than a single achievement.

  • Long-term commitment and engagement with PQMD
  • Leadership within the PQMD community
  • Meaningful collaboration across sectors
  • Thought leadership and innovation in global health
  • Lasting impact that reflects PQMD’s mission and values

The award recognizes enduring contributions to the field and to the PQMD network over time.

PQMD will issue an annual call for nominations in advance of the Global Health Policy Forum each spring. Nominations may be submitted by members of the PQMD community and will be reviewed through a formal selection process led by PQMD leadership.
