Lily Jones-Herbst is Senior Manager, Global Community Investment at AstraZeneca, where she focuses on the Young Health Programme (YHP), which works to prevent non-communicable diseases by educating and empowering young people to make healthier choices. The programme operates in more than 40 countries and partners with over 60 non-profit organisations, including UNICEF and Plan International, with a strong focus on supporting young people in underserved communities. Lily also supports AstraZeneca’s product donation and disaster relief efforts, working with partners to improve access to healthcare for vulnerable populations.

Prior to joining AstraZeneca, Lily worked for International Health Partners, where she led the corporate partnerships strategy, building and managing collaborations with global companies to support access to medicines and strengthen health systems in underserved communities.

Lily has been a member of the PQMD Guidelines Committee since 2022, contributing to efforts to promote quality, effective, and responsible medical donation practices. She is passionate about the power of partnership to address complex global health challenges and create sustainable impact for communities worldwide.
