Vanina Laurent-Ledru

Vanina Laurent-Ledru is a healthcare leader with a demonstrated track record in bringing innovation closer to patients and vulnerable populations. Vanina is the Director General of the Foundation at Sanofi and is on a mission to improve the lives of vulnerable populations globally by catalyzing public health initiatives leveraging Sanofi’s philanthropy and driving its products’ donations strategy.

Prior to that she was the Vice-President of Global Public Affairs at Sanofi Genzyme, where she focused on creating shared value for patients, caregivers, health systems and the business.

A lawyer by training, Vanina had the privilege to help advance public health while working at the global vaccine alliance Gavi and through her board tenure at CSR Europe and the trade association Vaccines Europe. She also worked at Sanofi Pasteur MSD,  Merck/MSD in Belgium and then Sanofi Pasteur. She currently serves as a trade advisor for the French government and has co-founded the executive women’s network Boston BoostHER
