Raini Aquino

Mrs. Raini Aquino, M.Sc., is a pharmaceutical management advisor and community health provider trainer with 20 years of experience in community development and health systems strengthening. She has worked extensively to improve essential healthcare delivery in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). Her expertise includes the design and management of both relief and development health programs, with hands-on experience in the Dominican Republic, Haiti, Benin, Ghana, and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
Currently, Mrs. Aquino serves as the Programs Team Lead at Health Partners International of Canada (HPIC), where she has been for over five years. In this role, she is a key leader in program management, ensuring access to essential medicines for underserved communities and fostering global health collaborations to improve maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH).
Mrs. Aquino holds a pharmacy degree from the University Pedro Henriquez Urena in the Dominican Republic and a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Concepción, Chile.
