PQMD Boasts Four Members in CNBC Report Ranking Top 10 Worldwide Charities

PQMD is proud to announce that a new report by CNBC ranking the top ten charities that are changing the world in 2016 lists four PQMD members, with longtime member Direct Relief being ranked as the number one charity overall.

MAP International (2), Americares (5), and Catholic Medical Mission Board (CMMB)(6), who have been PQMD members since inception in 1996, were also honored to make the list.

The CNBC report notes, “…they manage to do exceptional work both at home and abroad, all while maintaining top-notch financial management and transparency standards.” CNBC compiled their report along with input from Charity Navigator, a website specializing in ranking charities based on both charitable impact as well as perceived sound financial and management practices.
