A long-time advocate of serving vulnerable populations, women and children in particular, this new partnership will serve to support the Global Strategy on Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health.

CMMB is taking a bold step by providing $500 million over the next 5 years for general support of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development goals, and the Every Woman Every Child Campaign in particular,” says CMMB President and CEO Bruce Wilkinson. “We can take this important step because we work in partnership with so many equally dedicated organizations.”

The UN SDGs are a set of 17 goals, adopted by countries in September of 2015 as a concerted and collaborative effort to “…end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all…” over the course of the next 15 years.
