Jackson Ireland has worked in the areas of financial, contractual, and operations management in support of international public health programs for over 16 years. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Partnership for Supply Chain Management (PFSCM), where he has helped ensure strong, lasting strategic partnerships to support the execution of innovative supply chain solutions for public health programs worldwide.

Prior to taking up his role with PFSCM, Jackson oversaw operations management for Banyan Global and its portfolio of programs funded by the US Agency for International Development, the International Finance Corporation, and other clients. He has worked on development projects domestically and abroad, with both commercial organizations and nonprofits. Jackson served as the Deputy Director, Project Management for the US Government’s Supply Chain Management System (SCMS) project, and he spent two years managing grants under a public health program in Afghanistan.

Jackson has degrees in political science and public administration, and he lives in Washington, DC.
